Yes - a lifetime workmanship warranty. For as long as you own your home, if something we built or installed fails because of our workmanship, we come back and fix it at no charge. There's no time limit and nothing to file. Materials, fixtures and appliances stay covered by their manufacturer's warranty, and normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or work later changed by someone else isn't covered.
Yes. We carry the licensing and insurance required for the work we do, and we're happy to provide proof of both with your estimate.
It depends on the size and scope of the work. Before anything starts, we'll give you a realistic timeline - and we'll let you know right away if anything changes along the way.
You'll get a written estimate up front so there are no surprises. Payment terms are agreed on before work begins, and any changes to the price are approved by you first.
Yes. You'll have a direct line to us throughout the project, and we'll keep you posted on progress, schedules, and anything that needs your input.
